Chase Light Pre-Wiring Add-On

Want to make your KDW chase light installation quicker and cleaner? Add our Pre-Wiring Option to your chase light order.

Instead of receiving the chase light with each light left individually unwired, KDW will organize and combine the applicable circuits before your order ships.

What’s Included

Depending on your chase light configuration, pre-wiring includes:

• Brake light positive wires combined into one circuit
• Brake light grounds combined
• Left and right amber chase pods combined into one circuit
• White chase pod kept on its own dedicated circuit
• Grounds organized and combined where applicable
• Main circuits clearly labeled for easier installation
• Wiring in a wiring tape to protect it and make a cleaner instal. 

Important

Pre-wiring does not make the chase light completely plug-and-play.

Every truck and control setup can be different. You will still need to connect the provided circuits to your vehicle’s brake-light wiring, Auxbeam, switch panel, rocker switches, strobe controller, or other control system.

This option is intended to eliminate much of the wiring work directly on the chase light assembly and make installation as close to plug-and-play as reasonably possible.

Strobe functionality is not built into the chase light pods themselves. Flashing/strobe functions require a compatible Auxbeam mode or separate strobe controller.

Ordering

This is an add-on service and must be purchased with a KDW chase light. It is not a standalone product and cannot be ordered by itself unless previously arranged with KDW.
